"For Love and Legacy” (20 minutes) tells the fascinating and deeply touching story of the creation of a public bust of Newton. As sculptor Dana King skillfully shapes the piece, we watch and, at the same time, witness the deepening friendship between King and Newton’s widow Fredrika, as she offers her opinions and memories."

––Thanks to Film Critic Jeffrey M. Anderson for writing about For Love And Legacy in his "14 local films to make any Bay Area resident proud."

Our spectacular hometown Premiere took place at the iconic Roxie Theatre as part of the San Francisco Film Festival. https://sffilm.org/2022-films-in-competition

We are so honored to have been nominated for the prestigious Golden Gate Awards (GGAs) ––which have been presented at the Festival since its inaugural year in 1957 and are among the most significant honors for emerging global film artists in the United States.

Thanks to all my friends and family who took the time to come out to see my film in a real theatre :)
